All local exams are held at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College, 3520 Central Parkway, Cincinnati Ohio 45223.
The ASQ exams are held at the MAIN campus in the Health Professionals Building
The exams will be held in Rooms 4 & 6.

It is NOT held off-site at the Health Professions Academy, which is part of Cincinnati State on Burnett St. in Cincinnati.

ASQ Exams:

Traci Markgraf is the proctor for the exams held in March and October.  (CQT, CRE, CQI, CMQ/OE, CHA, CBA, CMBB, SSBB)

Jim Regenfusz proctors the exams held in June and December. (CQE, CQA, CSQE, CQIA, CCT, CQPA, SSGB)

Proctors cannot assist in any changes to you sitting for the exam you are scheduled for.

Steve will conduct a survey with you to make sure all is in order before you ship your packet.
Upon completion of your survey, the address to ship the packet will be given.
