These techniques can help teams at all experience levels generate better ideas and select solutions more effectively. \n \nShawn Silvers Bio: \nShawn Silvers is the Process Optimization Manager for the Consumer Bank division of Fifth Third Bank\, consistently ranked as one of the top 15 banks in the nation. At Fifth Third\, he leads a team of analysts to drive large-scale process optimization in line with the bank’s strategies. He has been a practitioner of Lean Six Sigma for 13 years with experience in the finance\, manufacturing\, and food processing industries. He is a Six Sigma Black Belt and currently undergoing Master Black Belt certification through MoreSteam. Shawn has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Strayer University and is certified in Human Centered Design through LUMA Institute. He was recognized as a U.S. delegate at the 2015 TMK Youth Scientific and Technical Conference in Sochi\, Russia for the advancement of steel casing coatings technology.
